This is the last module of this path and it closes the L1 → L2 gate: you now decide which systems should exist at all, and say "no" when needed. The transition signal is exactly E → F: did you say "no" to something and defend your reasoning in writing?

🔨 Deliverable exercise#

This is the final deliverable of the path and it is the E → F transition signal itself: say "no" to something and defend your reasoning in writing. Produce karar-yazisi.md: 1. Write a reasoned "no" to a realistic request (e.g. "build a new service mesh," "buy this vendor right now"): why not + which alternative + under what condition it would be yes. 2. Evaluate a vendor decision as "buy vs. build yourself": cost, maintenance burden, lock-in risk, and exit cost — with a trade-off table. 3. Explain the same decision to two different stakeholders (e.g. a developer and a manager) in their own language.

Answers 1. A reasoned "no" offers an alternative and a "yes-condition"; it doesn't close the discussion, it redirects it to the right axis.
